Questions, answered

How is the COO decided?

The single highest registered opening at round close is appointed COO; the next highest takes the CFO seat. Ties break to whoever registered first. Announced within 48 hours of close.

Do I pay when I register?

No. Registration records your intent and your position. A confirmation call follows, and payment is collected only when the round closes.

Can I raise my pledge later?

Yes — just register again with the same email and your higher amount replaces the earlier one. Higher is better: the top opening takes the COO seat.
